Shipping Policy.

Domestic Orders (within USA): Shipped USPS media mail. Allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive within the US. International orders may take an additional 3 weeks.

Catherine Gill Studio hours are variable. We make every attempt to fill orders as soon as they are received in our office. However, our studio is small, and this means our service levels cannot always match those achieved by large online retailers.

We do not offer overnight shipping online. Please call us at (206) 465-0491 if you wish to have your order shipped by another option.

Return Policy.

We accept returns of undamaged artwork for a full refund, less a handling fee of 15% of the cost. Return shipping to Catherine Gill Studio of unwanted artwork is the responsibility of the customer.
