Studio My studio work space is in the Georgetown area of Seattle, an industrial area about two miles south of the city. It is located in the Rainier Cold Center, a complex of historical buildings on Airport Way South that once housed the Rainier Brewery, and Rainier Cold Storage. The building is the old Bottling Plant, and contains small businesses and artists studios, all sandwiched between I5, Boeing Field, and Burlington and Northern RR. It is a growing and industrial area, with a lot of character and a vital artist community. I use the space for painting and printmaking, and teach workshops. The studio is surrounded by other historical buildings, many restaurants and bars, and Ox Bow Park, home of the Hats and Boots.
